New Roof RFP/ SPECIFICATIONS
Expert/Professional Roof RFP/Specifications Project Manual and Construction Details for Bidding of the Project for Commercial and Residential Remedial Repairs, Restoration or Roof Replacement (Re-Roof). Bid Form, CSI Format Specifications, Detailed Expert Summary of Work, Material Product Data Sheets, Cad Roof Plan, Necessary Roof Engineering Wind Calculations Signed and Seal by a Professional Engineer and AIA 101 Contract and AIA 201 General Conditions will also be Included in the RAI Specifications Project Manual.

Project Oversight
In-Progress inspections ensure the roof is installed per the Specifications Project Manual and Current Florida Building Code, Seventh Edition (2020). In-Progress Expert Third-Party Inspections will include Expert Inspection Report, Photo Documentation with Explanatory Captions for each Photo, Progress of Work Completed, Number of Workers on site, Weather Conditions, Specifications, and Florida Building Code Compliance.
